Job Type: Full-time (Weather Permitting)

Salary: $12-$18 an hr.

Responsibilities

• Following instructions of job site lead
• Assisting line crew by working as a general helper on the ground, handing various tools and heavy materials to line crew workers
• Performing general clean up at job site
• Operating various hand tools such as drills, hammers etc
• Pulling cable and fiber
• Perform emergency restoration services
• Manage worksite according to high safety standards
• Complete and maintain work orders
• Load reel trailers
• Clean, maintain and organize stock for organization

Work Experience

• 1+ years’ experience with construction (including use of various hand tools) and flagging preferred

Skills

• Must be able to work on a team and be able to communicate, follow directions and help others as needed
• Must be safety minded and adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA requirements

*Relevant military experience is recognized in place of specific educational or certification requirements*

We provide a wide variety of services to the telecommunications industry, including Fiber Optic Placement, Splicing and Testing, Make-Ready, Aerial Construction, Emergency Restoration. Providing these services requires the highest level of industry knowledge and skill sets. We efficiently manage information and maintain a productive work force.

Works at rural land, construction sites, businesses, and residences.

This is a very physical job and you will be required to lift between 10 lb. - 80 lb. routinely.
