Madiston PowerTel, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business. Melissa Allen is the co-owner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Matt Allen is the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mike Allen started the business in the 1980’s with Matt as his understudy. In 2013, Matt and Melissa took over the business from Matt’s father, Mike Allen, establishing Allen’s Electrical Service. Allen’s Electrical Service provides services for commercial, residential (new construction and existing structures for renovation or remodeling), and industrial customers.  In 2019, Matt and Melissa created AES Fiber to expand the business to include servicing and splicing fiber optic cable for contractors, small businesses, cooperatives, and for-profit organizations. Later In 2019, Allen’s Electrical Service and AES Fiber combined to form Madiston PowerTel, Inc.
